Manchester United will make an offer of £8 million for Galatasaray winger Bruma, according to The Sun.
The 22-year-old's impressive performances for the Turkish side and for Portugal at junior levels have caught the eye of Jose Mourinho's scouts.
Mourinho is a big fan of Bruma and will tell Old Trafford chiefs to make a move in January as he continues to shake up the squad he inherited from Louis van Gaal.
The Portuguese boss is expected to axe up to eight United players in the new year following their sluggish start to the Premier League season.
